There’s plenty of nursing students who had to get jabbed at their college that they will be easily replaced
Quoting: Nipples McGee Not even close to realistic. My wife is a 13 yr. veteran OR Nurse, Telemetry certified. I can guarantee you that her level of experience and skill is not replaced by a new grad. You have absolutely no idea what you are even talking about. God help the poor souls who have to be cared for by the new grads too. Truth is 50% will buckle and quit under the immense pressure it will take to be a Nurse in these conditions. Most nurses are doing twice the patient load that they did 10-20 years ago because the new grads refuse to “work that hard”. They new doctors only accept a small amount of patients, and the rest are passed down the kine to nurse practitioners.  Even if it was just a small handful, it'll have a snowball effect on the remaining staff.
