There’s plenty of nursing students who had to get jabbed at their college that they will be easily replaced
Quoting: Nipples McGee In a year? Two or more years? Nursing was in a bind before 2020. I don't think so!  It takes years on the job for a rookie nurse to learn the ropes. Years. and it is taught only by other, more experienced nurses.... not by book. Four years of college do not make a nurse any more than four years of medical school make a doctor. They have residencies for a reason.
