There’s plenty of nursing students who had to get jabbed at their college that they will be easily replaced

I can guarantee you that her level of experience and skill is not replaced by a new grad. You have absolutely no idea what you are even talking about. God help the poor souls who have to be cared for by the new grads too. Truth is 50% will buckle and quit under the immense pressure it will take to be a Nurse in these conditions. So is mine sweetie. She had 2 nurses at her facility refuse the jab and they were quickly replaced by two recent grads. As long as they get enough experienced nurses to want the jab (and if you’re being honest most nurses have gotten it) then they will have enough coverage. Hospitals and health facilities are reaching out to nursing professors to fill the gap as well. We know college professors are almost universally liberal. I don’t think you understand how many would have that walk away for it to be effective. 10% isn’t going to cut it. Btw, I hope they are successful I just don’t think they will be and will ultimately be blackballed. The nurses that were made to leave will be hired by someone else. These mandates will fail.
