There’s plenty of nursing students who had to get jabbed at their college that they will be easily replaced

In fact, all the great nurses got that way by working with other great nurses. These great nurses quit before they can hand down their knowledge and work ethic - and we are in trouble. I have spent a lot time working in hospitals and as a patient - I will take an old battle axe nurse over a doctor any day. They get shit done…. Doctors, don’t do shit. Only the graduates of diploma nursing programs, which provided a kind of immersion training, were able to hit the ground running upon graduation, but those schools have been virtually phased out. College-based nursing programs were always oriented toward training their students to become bosses, so those students required full clinical training in order to function as staff nurses.
