Your friend, and his/her coworkers should keep a tight lip on any anger toward a mandate, or feelings about the jab in general. They need to catch the hospital admin off guard. If the hospital knows who and how many may reject a mandate far enough in advance, they may come up with some other scheme before instituting a mandate. I can see these people trying to fuck with people's benefits, or some other scheme if they have a long enough head's up.
