There’s plenty of nursing students who had to get jabbed at their college that they will be easily replaced
Quoting: Nipples McGee Not even close to realistic. My wife is a 13 yr. veteran OR Nurse, Telemetry certified. I can guarantee you that her level of experience and skill is not replaced by a new grad. You have absolutely no idea what you are even talking about. God help the poor souls who have to be cared for by the new grads too. Truth is 50% will buckle and quit under the immense pressure it will take to be a Nurse in these conditions. This is very true. I was in the Hospital here in Princeton NJ for 2 weeks. I never sleep so I became very friendly with the night crew of nurses. I noticed a lot of them did double shifts pretty often and asked why one night. They told me that they can't fill the shifts and the new ones they do have can't cut it. This was in PRINCETON NJ (Penn Medicine), not some shit hole back woods town.
