Saying you will rob a bank is not the same as robbing a bank.
Saying you will warn an enemy is not treason, unless you actually do it.
Don't get me wrong, fuck this guy. I'm just saying...he's isn't going down for treason. Perhaps insubordination and general dumbassery.
