Yes. Whether Trump was seen as 'crazy' or not, Milley went behind the Commander in Chiefs back and made deals with a foreign power. He promised them aid during the possibility of war.
If the dems thought Trump to be THAT unhinged, they should have had him removed via the 25th amendment, which they DID NOT DO. That is what is REQUIRED by the constitution as the SOLE REMEDY in a case like that.
