The worker shortage of exactly that. A shortage of workers, not managers. There is no manager shortage.
Quoting: Factual Error Companies already have a manager for each and every worker. They hire managers just to get their buddies in by making up positions which need to be "managed". Meanwhile, they are never able to afford to bring in workers who actually DO REAL WORK. Every time a regular worker quits, they solve the problem by passing more work on to others who remain, and then that requires them to hire another manager. Companies are a total joke nowadays. Yep, Ive seen this first hand at poorly run companies operating in the red. A manager that sucked ass for every employee. Talk about Indians and Chiefs.
