He has good skills, and he kept replying to these with a sincere effort, not seeming to realize what was happening. I saw his responses and they were of good quality. The long and short of this is that they were essentially getting applicants with native English skills to rewrite their instruction manuals (piece by piece) without compensating them! |

Some of the decisions I have seen made by upper management in huge companies were just too obvious. And surprisingly, their bonuses grew even larger after the fails. Many people got cut but upper management remained to continue the downward spiral and collect larger bonuses each year. |
