Do you realize that now you are competing against an unlimited greencard pool?

Funny though as most want you running out the gates trained, but maybe they have an incentive to train these F'rs over a citizen and govt cheese hand outs to the employer... who knows. I knew this in 1980, when Reagan was elected. I have been telling people that it has to catch up with them. Yes it took a while but today nobody knows how to control the run away chaos. Everybody think that they are Tarzans. I am a senior citizen, but I do know how we used to help each other to get the job done. Yes we were under pressure, but the old timers used to tell me to ignore it and we had to do what we thought were right. If one person is IN charge, we still can control it if others follow. Nobody wants to follow.
