Dont even get me started. Had some dumb bitch who was a PM totally fuck things up. Lost a GREAT employee? Why? because she wouldnt pay the guy 10k more a year out of a 220 dollar an hour govt contract award, where they were billing that per hour for him but paying him 35 an hour. Had the balls to bitch and moan, I was like youre one dumb bitch... It think that there is an intentional push to cause many American companies to fail from within. Some of the decisions I have seen made by upper management in huge companies were just too obvious. And surprisingly, their bonuses grew even larger after the fails. Many people got cut but upper management remained to continue the downward spiral and collect larger bonuses each year.
