My sister and my husband both looked for 2+ years for senior level positions. Job hunting at 50+ SUCKS.
They found a lot of postings were just BS. And others were postings for jobs for which they already had a candidate in mind, so still BS.
Even when my husband found a job, it was through a friend/former boss, so it really is all "who you know."
