I think they have some HR information system were a quota of interviews must be fulfilled, to look like they're constantly recruiting talent.
Quoting: 3O Godlike I was told that these companies pay premiums for posting X amount of jobs per month via the online job network they are using. If they dont post something they lose the money and other things stipulated by the contracts. So yea, I think most postings are BS... To make the company look like it is doing well or forced to by the government?
