Rose Davis said on Social Media that 10 times in the last year Gabby stayed at her home, often with Rose picking her up, when Brian got too abusive. That's a LOT.

Notice none of the neighbors, at least some of whom are closely watching this case, disagreed.

I'll try to get the date and time of at least one of the official times LE came to the Laundrie's home after the neighbors called in a domestic violence complaint.


Even PI's could read Gabby's body language from the Moab LE vid and state with authority that Brian had repeatedly grabbed her neck and harmed her in the past. Please remember she's a very petite, even tiny woman. She looks child sized.

PI's are trained super visual observers. Gabby's body language in the Moab video has been pointed out by many domestic violence counselors and therapists as well re evidence of consistent prior physical abuse.

I'm going to agree with what ac said. Back in my younger days in college I was dating a girl who was alot smaller than me. I played D3 football so I was in my prime. I didn't know it at the time but she had serious mental issues. Things were going good but after a month of dating she would show up randomly throughout the day the same places I would be at and follow me to class to make sure I was actually there, she even called my coach once to make sure I was at practice etc. and accuse me of things that weren't true and swear by them. For instance.. on my day off while she was at class I did laundry and washed our bed sheets and made the bed. When she got home and noticed the nice clean bed, she started accusing me of sleeping with one of her friends while she was gone. Hence the reason I washed the sheets. Turns out this "friend" never existed and was made up. She was so irrate that she started pushing me and shoving me and slapping me calling me a liar and a cheater. When I turned to leave the dorm she jumped on my back and started choking me and tried to claw my eyes out. For being so small she was so strong. It was like she was possessed. I couldn't get her off of me to save my life and was actually terrified. Thankfully the kids across the hall heard everything and came and eventually got her off of me. I ended up having a scratched cornea and a lacerated eyelid that has to be sutured, marks and bruises all over my upper body Needless to say she got expelled after that incident, because of the many eye witnesses that stated I never left and no one ever there and haven't seen her since. Moral of the story.. sometimes people just aren't right and aren't always what they appear to be

Agreed that there are extremely crazy, mental women who put up a sweet, innocent front.

At the very 1st sign of odd behavior men should "dump their asses" ASAP no matter how pretty.

Obviously if Gabby is physically fighting back at any time then she's in the wrong as well. In Vegas couples who hit each other will both be arrested.

The only evidence you have of DV is the cam video. IT SHOWS Brian's face all scratched up and a bruise on Gabby's arm where he grabbed her to stop her from tearing his face off. Yeah he grabbed and pushed her face. TO RESTRAIN HER. Normal behavior.

Thank you. Alot of these posters are blind to the fact that women can be abusive equally as men can be. I am a victim of it and here is my take FROM MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. She maybe even manipulated Rose too and told her what she wanted to hear. That will be a different post. Not too far fetched that woman play that role. Guess what GLP.. it's possible. It DOESNT MATTER SHE WAS YOUNG AND PRETTY AND APPEARED INNOCENT!!!!! Maybe Gabby thrived on the feeling of being abusive and in control. It was HER idea to do the whole social media thing. Maybe her parents knew all of this from raising Gabby and seeing the way she was. They loved Brian and accepted him as part of the family. Sure they love their daughter but maybe she was just a teenage bitch. Possibly why Gabby had to stay with BRIANS PARENTS FOR A YEAR! After all.. he did seperate from her to allow her to finish school and graduate for a year and a half. That right there shows he loves and respects her. Not something a controlling man would ever let happen. Maybe she begged him to come back to her. Brian seemed to be the submissive one from the only "physical" evidence we have. SHE ADMITTED IT!! No one ever mentioned that maybe Gabby was playing the victim this whole time until the law showed up and she spilled the truth. SHE was afraid to go to jail that night not Brian. She told her mom that tensions we're rising in their relationship in her phone call but never was specific as to why. Maybe she was playing "poor me" to her parents all the while Brian was just trying to deescalate the situation. That would explain why he flew home and cleaned out the storage locker. Maybe he had enough of Gabby's shit and HE ended it. Maybe Brian was so stressed from Gabby's shit that is why the whole incident accured on the 27th at the restaurant. A PERSON CAN ONLY TAKE SO MUCH SHIT. Maybe it got to the point where he had enough and Gabby said " fine you don't want to be with me then just leave. I'll find somebody else who will love me and I'll continue on my way. Take the fucking van I don't care. Get the fuck out of here!" So maybe he did. Believe or not ladies and gentlemen woman can be violent and emotionally abusive to good guys. I'm so sick and tired of seeing all this shit of the woman being the victim. Yes I've met plenty of physically, financially, mentally abusive women who take advantage of men even attacking them when they don't get their way. Liquor and drugs make matters worse.Many men will make excuses for mentally ill women who are physically attractive and/or somewhat good in bed.

Young and dumb. We've all been there before. But the "internet sleuths" have driven this case into a frenzy of misinformation. Everyone is free to speculate and have their own opinions, but that shouldn't mean when someone brings up a valid point and has an apposing

This has lead to people cherry picking what they want to hear and read and sticking to their emotional impulses. Most have picked a side and will stick to it until they die. We know some facts but we don't know it all. I just hope this case comes to an end and we all get the closure we need. Sure the circumstances are very odd but we don't know. That's just it.. we won't know until we know.

Either he's innocent or guilty. No in between. She was strangled. I really don't think there was DV during their relationship though. There's no evidence of it other than the fight in MOAB and she was the aggressor.

I haven't seen any other actual evidence of Brian being abusive. There was the claim from a neighbor saying they had her Gabby screaming before. It was never clarified if she was screaming as in 'help me' or screaming/yelling at Brian.

During the traffic stop (I watched the full videos of 2 different cop body cams) Gabby admitted to hitting Brian several times. One of which was in the van when the cops put their lights on behind them. That was what caused Brian to hit the curb. Gabby hitting him. She told the officer this. While Brian was being questioned separately, he said she pulled his arm. He didn't say she hit him. It appeared as though he was trying to protect her from getting into trouble. He also tried (and succeeded) to keep Gabby from having to spend the night in jail that evening.

There are other facts from those body cams that I don't think have been presented correctly here, but in hind sight they don't matter much. Gabby ended up the ultimate victim. She was murdered and it's more than obvious that Brian killed her. Whatever fucked up relationship they had, does not justify him killing her.

Am I missing something? Brian committed her murder? Because as far as I know there are no official suspects. So by your definition driving her van makes him an abuser? Just because you drive your significant others car now makes you an abuser? Well shit that would probably make all of us abusers than by your logic. We don't know if Brian's money was linked to Gabby's card either. What if he deposited his money into her account and that was they only card they used during the whole trip? We know his parents are pretty wealthy. Just the other day my wife took my card to get gas a groceries. Does that make my wife an abuser too? Come on, your statements are ridiculous.

You used logic and observation based on the facts as we know them and then just jump to the conclusion that Brian killed her. We don't know that.

Interestingly there has been ZERO comment or even acknowledgment from LEOs about a Samsung tablet allegedly recovered from domestic premises with what sources say is "damning" and "shocking" content regarding #BrianLaundrie and the 3 murders in which he is heavily implicated
