Discussion about the Gabby Petito Case.....Autopsy Results: Strangulation---Brian Laundrie remains Found!!

They would never let the Laundrie's search alone and if they did it would be under surveillance in the hopes of catching them planting evidence.

I am very suspect of the Laundries. Have they planted DNA on human remains so Brian can go off to another country and start a new life?? I don't believe this is him. I honestly thing it's a set up.

It's murder to us, but there's a legal technicality to murder. It involves forethought and malice. All the coroner would say is homicide.

kpm posted video of it. It actually happened. No cops with them, but obviously they were under an eye on surveillance...hence that video.

A possible scenario....


Brian returned home in Gabby's van and owned up to his parents about what he did. They implore him to turn himself in but he begs for another option as he doesn't want to suffer through life in prison, begs them to let him commit suicide to avoid that. Maybe Brian was a manipulative bastard and pointed out the headache him being found alive would bring upon his parents... However it all transpired, his parents agreed, took one last outing with their "prodigal" son, and let him "ride off into the sunset" to a location the parents obviously were somewhat familiar with to possibly get his heart right with his creator before administering his own punishment upon himself. If I remember correctly, the parents DID tell authorities to look there in the first place.

This would explain 99% of the Laundrie's behaviors and actions.

The Carlton Reserve search included 75 people from 16 agencies. Crews used swamp buggies, drones, helicopters, ATVs, & airboats to search the area. $4.5 million is the estimated cost, it was concluded today after two gardeners walked in w/ backpacks & pointed out where Brian was.

Legally speaking, there is a slew of charges that can be involved in someones death. Murder 1st and 2nd degree requires means, motive, and intent. There is also manslaughter. In/voluntary. We don't know the circumstances surround Gabby's death and what led up to it. That's why it remains a homicide. Not too mention until charges are brought to Brian, he remains innocent.

Perhaps a Skunk Ape got him.

I can't listen in today on the presser but based on the comments, it was pointless.

I wonder now if Brian never told his parents what happened, even though they would have likely perceived there was something gravely wrong. The big hole in this theory is that the attorney was retained very early. I suppose they could have suspected he did something and called the attorney for protection.

Brian told them he was going to the park, and that is where he went, and it is likely he was dead for weeks. It was the Reserve all along, and yet most of us did not buy into that theory.

There is no Stan arranged hideout, no Mexico, no Appalachian Trail, no cops being the real murderers, no link to the lesbian couple deaths. No nothing of intrigue. All that is left is an abused and dead young woman, a likely dead abuser/killer and a family who may not have done anything wrong.

How did he kill himself in a swamp if he obviously didn't hang himself and probably didn't have a gun? I'm thinking he had some help from his parents somehow. Either they sourced him drugs, or maybe even his father could have done a mercy Killing for him. That's how he apparently knew exactly where to find the body yesterday. He may have been the one who killed him by strangulation sort of like very assisted suicide though. Also explains why he's remaining silent. Could be hoping that after over a month of decomposition, the manner of death won't be conclusively determined. That's just my theory anyways.
