Re: Discussion about the Gabby Petito Case.....Autopsy Results: Strangulation---Brian Laundrie remains Found!!
Attorney Mr. B revealed after Sept 14 what internet sleuths had already uncovered.

Brian's parents filed a monetary claim with their insurance co for a gun missing from the glove compartment of the recovered Mercury. The car had been parked next to the swamp, assumed to have been driven by Brian.
 Quoting: NotStarvingActress

Surely they would have found the gun at the scene by now if there was one, or they would have announced it. That's why I'm thinking no gun.

They found human remains and his backpack exactly where the parents told them to look so this might be on the keystone cops. Not my opinion but WFLA's..Less than a mile from the connector bridge.

So they found bones. Skeletal remains per WFLA. How did they miss this when they were literally at the place the car was found? For a month? That search was impressive in manpower not so much in competence.

I know this isn't a popular opinion but it looks like the Laundrie's were pretty honest.

I think they knew where he was and possibly had been in touch with him for a period of time, when they didn’t hear from him they worried he killed himself

Why would they take his only way out of the swamp, the car, even though it had a ticket they could have told police he’s hiking and or missing, we can’t take his ride away if he returns?

I don’t think they planted evidence to find it, I do think they knew where he was and that he was on the run

At what point did they lawyer up? It’s then they knew he was guilty of something

I can't find the official date they retained the lawyer. I've heard before Sept 1. That's the problem with all the twitter posts in this thread. These "sleuths" present everything as fact and it's confusing, at least for me.

Maybe they had already had him on retainer for other things. I guess the date he arrived in FLA would be telling.

I would imaging her van in their driveway and Gabby now declared missing would clue them in that something was seriously wrong. It doesn't mean they had prior knowledge

They didn't answer the Petito's phone but I'll assume that was attorney advice

I think they shared with the FBI what they knew.
I remember the father showed up banging on the Laundrie's door and they wouldn't answer. Again, it could be at the insistence of their attorney

I guess it will come down to the contents of the notebook. I think everything else in circumstantial. That's enough to solve a crime, or at least, charge someone. He's most likely dead so a trial will never happen.

I think this case goes cold which will anger a lot of people.

Maybe this case is to put emotions over facts. Libs love to say "feelings" are just as good as facts

One article says BL hired the attorney on 9/1 the day he returned

In a tweet, 9/15 police are asking the lawyer to help them talk to Brian, so we can assume the lawyer was probably hired between September 1-15

Well before Gabby’s body was found

His parents had to know he was in some kind of trouble, enough to hire a lawyer and stay silent

I find it odd he was representing the whole family too

People on here were predicting he would be found dead with a manifesto.

Will that be season 2 of a psyop? I'm considering anything at this point

It seems like a month would be awfully fast to decompose to bones, maybe an animal ate him?

But we are supposed to assume he was under water too, which may have slowed decomposition unless he was eaten also....

I think it’s safe to assume he was eaten since they only found suspected remains

That's a very good question. Its possible, but seems it would be extremely fast on the timeline:

[link to education.seattlepi.com (secure)]

Well if it turns out the remains are not BL-- then one of two things:

* BL actually is pretty freakin smart to make it look like he died there to buy some more time.

* BL and his parents either were in contact or some type of preliminary plan to plant the bag and notebook near the remains at some point.

‘Highly suspicious:’ How cadaver dogs missed skeletal remains while searching for Brian Laundrie at Florida reserve

A K-9 handler and former police officer says it is “highly suspicious” that cadaver dogs may have missed the ‘skeletal’ remains found in a Florida reserve Wednesday, even if they were located underwater.

“If the body had been there, when they went by with cadaver dogs, and the body had been there for more than two or three minutes, the odor would have come through the water,” Kyle Heyen said on Dan Abrams Live. “They should have been able to locate that body.”

According to a CBS News report, the remains were said to be “a small part of a body,” which would make it difficult to make a positive ID and to determine a cause of death.

It's a ridiculous theory, in my opinion. Not even sure how that would work. I'm sure they have been under 24 hour surveillance.

I'll agree something is off as LEO and FBI overlooked what a public search party would have found in a week or less. I have to believe they covered that area early on and Brian moved back to that spot later.

They had divers out there. I think they would have found a dead body in a little bit of water. Cadaver dogs, after a few days, can find a body in shallow water

How did he kill himself in a swamp if he obviously didn't hang himself and probably didn't have a gun? I'm thinking he had some help from his parents somehow. Either they sourced him drugs, or maybe even his father could have done a mercy Killing for him. That's how he apparently knew exactly where to find the body yesterday. He may have been the one who killed him by strangulation sort of like very assisted suicide though. Also explains why he's remaining silent. Could be hoping that after over a month of decomposition, the manner of death won't be conclusively determined. That's just my theory anyways.

Cool story but how in the world would the parents be able to find skeletal remains and all while being under 24/7 surveillance go to the park which has had a heavy police and FBI presence and dump the remains and then travel back home without anyone noticing they were gone. The parents have been in intense scrutiny since day one. They can't even walk outside their house to get the mail without being harassed.

The Top 10 Most Dangerous Animals in Florida

There are numerous animals that are capable of causing you harm in Florida, usually by biting you. Some animals use venom, while other dangerous animals just have big teeth and strong jaws.

I must emphasize, however, that most of these dangerous animals want nothing more than to be left alone and will not attack humans unless they are startled, feel threatened, or are trying to protect their young. If you respect them, they are very unlikely to attack you.

Some animals, such as the Florida black bear and the Florida panther, have suffered from shrinking habitats due to human encroachment over the years and are now endangered species. This means they are more threatened by us than the other way around! Still, you should take extreme caution if you come in to contact with any of the animals in this article.
