Restaurant like the rest of Moab has an interest in maintaining their community rep as quiet, peaceful, safe to continue to boost income from vacationing tourists.

What establishment wants to invite scrutiny of why THEY didn't call LE when there was an issue? Or wasn't that management's job to handle all incidents themselves for the benefit of the other diners?

I believe restaurant patrons reporting conflict between the couple as there were MULTIPLE reports from diverse individuals all over the internet.

What if that cop stalked her and tried to rape her...or a group of cops...and flipped out when they found out she was actually a man?

What is a more likely scenario? That a police department would ignore a double murder, or they have evidence that made them feel it was not necessary to interview the people you listed? And they have not released that evidence to the public.

Same goes for why they never considered Laundrie a suspect, they probably pulled the cellphone ping records for his number and found he was 500 miles away when the murders happened, and that was the end of it. That just didn't make it into the paper, because for 99.9% of the public them saying he had nothing to do with it was good enough.

The whole story of all the yelling at the restaurant was from that one attention hoe on TikTok. Probably made it up or the restaurant is not being truthful. One of them is lying.

I've been saying from the beginning that there has been no evidence what so ever that Brian was abusive. Actually it is the other way around with Gabby exhibiting abusive tendacies .Everyone is quick to jump the gun and believe the media spin and all the "sleuths" on Twitter to try to fit this narrative. They never used logic and just emotion. Many oh someone said he was abusive so it must be true! Brian is bad!

I thought you'd learn by now. Can't believe everything you read on the internet. Multiple reports all over the internet, but from whom? I have yet to see one patron actually come forward and give a first hand account of what actually happened. Only thing I can come up with is "a patron told fox news". A "parton" told so and so. No names nothing to even confirm they were there at the time. Hmm maybe these news and media outlets lied about the reports to fit their narrative and make Brian out to be the bad guy? Wouldn't be the first time the news lied about so called "sources". Besides the TicTok waitress wanting 5 mins of fame, who clearly lied about the "incident" and the manager who never made any social media post and only made a public statement to a a well known reporter when asked.. I'm taking my chances with the manager. I bet that TicTok waitress doesn't even work there anymore. We know the owners made a post on Facebook that only acknowledged that Brian and Gabby were at the restaurant and that they were cooperating with the FBI. They never said there was a big altercation. If the "incident" was truly as big as some want to believe. Why would they delete the footage? You heard the manager. They walked out, Gabby owned up to not paying (probably her ideas) and was forced to pay, then she went in and made the commotion about wanting her money back NOT BRIAN. Then they left. Doesn't seem like a big enough deal to call police.

was found in the Grassy Prairie / wooded area of the Big Slough Preserve.
