you do it trough taking all pieces around and within you together, to observe them, to be centered and to take back ('energetically') what belongs to you and to give back what doesn't, no matter if 'good' or 'bad'. Don't declare yourself to be something or someone, don't identify with anything.

For example - just right now - I am extremely angry. I can't and don't project that anger to someone or something else, neither to a person nor to another abstract construct. It's a strong energy - and I know that it was/is high times for that energy to be felt. This is my energy and none of you have anything to do with that energy. I can feel if someone would like to hijack this my energy, trying to instrumentalize it - for 'good' or for 'evil' - be it out of ignorance stupidity or consciously.

I fear nothing, not even fear itself.
