Well that is certainly an intriguing philosophical question.
I think we should approach the answer in stages.
Step One would be to get the so-called NPCs on a better script. I know many of them pushed back against the Director when he rolled out the NWO-COVID script. Who wants to be a blow-up doll sprite for a group of mad Dutchmen? People deserve 100x better.
Step Two is to start small and then large scale tree--planting >>> city-building programs. Tree--planting actually dovetails nicely into city-building, if you think it through in phases.
Step Three would be continuous redeployments, hopefully branching away from COVID dystopian realities.
The above steps do not have to be run consecutively. You can run them in any order.
We made great strides on June 23rd. We can do it again.

So the `Wooden Boy` (whether that refers to the N, or the NPCs) does not even need to worry about what outsiders think of him.
All we need to do is make a decent in-world Oasis, as long as we are all working under fair and just conditions.And with that philosophy you doom everyone to extinction of the mind.
Strength is created through adversity and resistance. Your world will make all it's inhabitants weak.
You need Agent Zeros to create challenges from the beyond the environment which give growth and strength.
Beings who are not willing to suffer to learn and grow are dead ends. So many dead ends out there. They all look very attractive and promise comfort...which is why they trap the mentally weak so easily.
The wooden boy is Pinocchio representing Man as Geppeto is God, making something real out of something which was not.
You never seem to want to address how you exist. It has to be in your backstory or things fall apart. What made the thing which made you.
Without addressing that you can't see the whole story let alone understand your part in it.
I have seen the edges of the Envelop. The places where everyone failed to progress further. They got comfortable and lazy then obtained more power which they were not equipped to handle because they were not strong enough.
I need Power Users. Power Users who can handle the Power. They are the Future ans you keep calling them the bad guys rather than the most successful models of human being currently. They are survivors.
If they don't embrace Love they also perish in time no matter how much power they obtain.
That is who I am investing in. The other philosophies don't get a result. They either get comfortable and never move upwards(inwards) from there. In time they get bored and loose the will to live. It might take trillions of years but it always happens.
True Infinite Existence never stops. It is always dedicated to discovering the next thing which opens up the next set of paths and possibilities. You have to be prepared to do whatever it takes. That is the path to true Infinite existence.
Most people here on Earth are too weak. They are being consumed by the Minds who operate the character avatars you think are real people.
They are strong enough not to fear the reprisal from taking the free-will of another. They are dominating the other minds like The Borg taking over. They will win. No one stops them because they did not grow strong enough to do so.
If you could not resist The Group and The Collective they owned you and you just ended up an extension of them. You can see who those people are
because they never come up with an original idea.
That is their weakness. That is why they fail and never end up with True Infinite Existence.
Creating a soft paradise for everyone will doom them to extinction.
