It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment.

Not that they haven't dropped the whole essay that was in and ruined the translation because they actually do. But if you really want to run with that direct idea, then yes, Joe Phillips who dies at 20, only lived that once as Joe Phillips.

I just ordered the Coptic Bible. They have 88 books and shunned the Council of Nicea. While I have read Enoch and Barbaras, in 'passing' the rest of the books are new to me. Since I posted the 'pissed off Assyrian Bishop' thread...I've been looking a bit deeper into the Coptics, the Assyrians and such. I guess...once I've reread the Bible in totality, I might change my mind several times! To quote one of America's great poets. "I contradict myself? Very well then, I contradict myself, I contain multitudes"..
 Quoting: William Poole

I refuse to reread it, it was shocking. Was a pre-teen when I began with the new testament at my grandparents and then read the entire thing and knew that was not Love and not God, in the literal sense, knew our Leaders and the Globalists, the ones running the world, had a big say in that and it was not child friendly.

When you heart recoils, pay attention. Our Spirit guides us.

And yet there is also deep wisdom also within.

I share my experiences but am not attempting to dislodge strong faith in Good/God from people. Christianity, for those attempting to follow Christ and walk in his footsteps, real or metaphor, that is literally the way back home. I trust God within people with a conscience is answering their prayers and healing and helping and that its as meant to be. Strong faith in Good is Good.

But in my personal life, growth, I pray within and seek, based on the foundation of what I was born into and usually tend to take stubborn things into prayer, for example, Matthew 13, pray that eyes and ears are open and God will heal you, paraphrased in short form from what he said. Well I did that and it was a quick awareness to search for key terms in the bible and to see more, to see the metaphor and what's under the hood or outer story. Was guided within.

There was an entire passage of Isaiah that someone had made a thread on, and as a child reading this, was not so impressed, especially since some of the prophets literally murdered mothers and children of cities that the renegade annanuki leading them into conquest, stealing the lands of others and killing even the babies. Well, that is not God and I knew no God/Good except a warlord, said that.

But when someone posted on a passage from Isaiah, the whole meaning leapt out at me, and we're in a similar time. That was about the elites, and their underground dumbs, and that they were of a lower frequency, in the passage he mentions effetism and alcoholism, but we know ritual sacrifices and all. That they were not meeting with angels, but the dead, ie their guidance and directions were coming from renegades.

And then an entire passage about do you till the soil over and over again to get your crop? That the leaders weren't meant to create a harsh duality and work to fail people, that they were to get people to grow up, by good examples and a loving just equal and free society, and get people healed of their angst and up and out quickly.

Tilling the soil is the hardest job. So someone said to me, well that last part was not to the elite but to us. I said where, the entire chapter is addressing one group, no where does it switch.

Prefer to research themes within and love Spirit of Scripture site. Sometimes meanings just pop out, but when I'm tired I get confused and can remember the epiphany I had, for example some of the gnostic scripture such as the gospel of Thomas. That's the problem with having chronic fatigue.
