No, because He is in charge of everything He created. He's planned all of it from beginning to end down to the last tiny detail.
And IF there's anything He hasn't planned then He knows the outcome anyway, or He isn't God.
So He can't be disappointed.
Omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent; that leaves no room for disappointment.
