Having watched the vids of angry parents reading those books in school board meetings right in front of these pervs. I completely agree with the stance that was finally taken on a level they may finally understand, when they have to register as a sex offender for the rest of their evil lives.

I say charge them anyway. A crime is a crime, no jail time just a nice 'I am a child predator' sign in their yard would be enough for me.
