I’m confused about this story. There are no porn pictures, audio or videos involved. These were writing assignments right?
Do you think teenagers don’t have sex with other teenagers?
Maybe it’s the fact that an adult teacher will be reading a sex story between minors written by a minor, maybe that’s the crime...
I don’t think there is a hard and fast rule on what constitutes child pornography. It is what a judge feels it is that day.
I do think the course material is inappropriate and should be discarded. And I think its main purpose was to teach kids to learn to conceal things from their parents in the continuing breakdown of family values.

Maybe I’m reading too much between the lines on this. Don’t we all have things we did as teens that we didn’t tell our parents about? Maybe this is a conservative mayor was just looking for a reason to confront a liberal school board... And when school board members are up for election in their local communities, why don’t they designate if they are a Rep or Dem? At least they don’t where I live.
