Natural ways to improve vision?

I turned 43 this year and all year I had this feeling something might be going wrong in my right eye. I racked it up to poor sleep or something and ignored it.
But I just ran an errand and compared road signs between my right and left eye as I was driving. It's looking like I'm near sighted in my right eye. Things appear to start getting blurry at about 8 feet away.
I can't remember the last time I had any kind of eye exam or vision test. Probably when I got my driver's license.
Are there any natural solutions to restore waning vision?

Although, there are these special glasses with tiny holes in them that are supposed to help your eyes learn to refocus. Pinhole glasses I think.
