I turn my Wi-Fi off at night. But there are lots of things you can do to minimize it if you live close to other peoples. You can buy plug-ins that help against dirty electricity. And there are wire cages that you can put over smart metersAnd such. You could also get clothing that feels just fine that has a light mesh in it that is protective. There are lots of inexpensive things you can do to keep down the EMF problem.
