Paycom is here to help you stay compliant and navigate what those new standards may mean for your business. As part of the plan, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is expected to issue an emergency temporary standard requiring all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workers are vaccinated or tested weekly. OSHA is also expected to issue a rule requiring employers to provide paid time off for workers to get vaccinated or to recover from post-vaccination symptoms. Employers who fail to comply with these requirements could face significant fines to be outlined in the emergency standard. For more information, view the full plan here. As always, Paycom will continue to monitor implementation and provide updates to keep you informed. If you have questions, please contact your dedicated specialist. |
