On 8/12 their van was pulled over after someone heard the
boyfriend yelling. Both of them admitted to a minor scuffle
and the boyfriend had scratches and marks on him. She hit
him while driving causing him to hit a curb while pulling
over in front of the officer. In that state, calls for
domestic assault require the aggressor to be charged. They
determined Gabby was the aggressor. They eventually figure
out a way to not charge he because she's a little white girl
and he's a man. They "separate" them for the night and tell
them to stay away from each other.

Here's the thing though. The BF everyone thinks killed
her, at one point when they tell him she is going to jail
asks if he can go to jail instead. Doesn't seem like the
kind of thing a killer would do, and she is 100% the
violent one.
