Employers need to stop putting their most vulnerable staff in this position and hire duly trained security if they want to "comply" and stay open. Best way to fight back is to not spend money at places that require you to share personal medical information as a condition of entry. I completely agree. But, restaurants run on razor thin margins. They typically don't make a lot of money. Most restaurant owners can't afford to hire a team of buff, armed, security dudes. So, the result will be that the NWO succeeds in further destroying the middle class, the small business owners, the restaurant people. The attack on the middle class has never been more obvious. Yeah, I know. My sis just made the decision to shut down her previously successful cafe. She managed to hold on during the shut downs by doing take out only, when the govt started paying people to not work she was on her own filling orders because people were not willing to work when they could get free money. She toughed it out in hopes the madness would end, but she is at the end of her rope and not willing to lose one more penny jumping through hoops. She is going to look for a shit job with benefits to pay the bills until she can retire and take her pension. Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak. |

Excluding diners for a mandatory vaccine is unconstitutional. She needed to be informed of this when the mandates began. If she wasn't she should have inquired. If she is unaware whether the responsibilities required for her job includes crimes that violate the constitution, then she cannot be qualified to do that job. If she did not know then she is the victim of reckless endangerment under the age of 18 and guilty of o premeditated constitutional crimes over the age of 18 as those above the age of majority, cannot use ignorance of the law as a defense. The diners should have informed her of the civil rights violation she was performing. With that, they should have informed her to step aside so as not to violate the law. At that point she had the option of getting her manager for him to resolve, stepping aside and risk getting fired, quit her job and step aside or continue to execute the crime. All in, it appears she chose the most unconstitutional option. At that point, the diners should have voiced their intention to seat themselves as members of the public accessing a restaurant clearly open to the public. They might also say that physically blocking the way would be considered hostile and would be met with defensive and equal force to neutralize the obstacle and clear the blockage. If she ignored that advice, then they had the right to stop the blockage and continue to access available sesting for the public. The broken necklace is incidental and a demonstration of inappropriate dress for the activity intended. The police should charge the hostess and restaurant owner for constitutional violations The police should charge the diners for any violations deemed non-defensive or above the peaceful access of guaranteed civil rights. The criminal court should find the restaurant owner and hostess guilty of civil rights violations. The criminal court should find guilty any of the diners who went beyond the reasonable defensive steps and public access steps, which might have also included removing a Stanton or trash can set up temporarily to block only them. In civil court, the diners should sue the hostess, manager/owner and City of New York and the Mayor and City Counsel for city ordinances that are unconstitutional. This is no different than whites only accommodations in Montgomery, AL; in the mid-1960's. The hostess should sue her employer and the city for forcing her to execute known constitutional crimes under civil rights, equal protection and discrimination; as a pre-condition for employment. The manager can do the same against the city and restaurant owner. The mayor, city counsel and city itself have no alternative but to turn states evidence for extortion as the reason they were forced under duress to issue the unconstitutional change to municipal code or prove the public health data supports an ongoing emergency condition warranting such measures while falling short of closing the restaurant altogether. With the exacting data that justifies an emergency which does not close restaurants but allows for class denial of public services that amount to civil rights being suspended despite the constitutional equal protection clause, the city and restaurant would be off the hook. However, one would be hard pressed to define that set of data that directly allows for a suspension of civil rights for some citizens and not others. When one reviews real data on COVID, the vaccine and predisposition for carrying and spreading the virus versus previous vaccine resolved illnesses and constitutional suspensions in those high virulant periods. It seems in a fair judicial hearing, the criminal and civil fallout would all point to an indefensible change in NYC municipal code. If the city reported how and why the mayor issued the change, extortion or bribery lies at the heart of the incentive required for the mayor to act this way. If extortion, the mayor shoukd be charged with failure to report a crime and possibly accessory to the fact. If bribery, then the mayor should be charged with cinstitutional crimes, corruption and ethics violations resulting in constitutional violations of a civil rights nature. He the; should be removed from office either through impeachment, recall or conviction of a felony as disqualified. I have little experiential memory that leads me that the justice and law enforcement instruments in our modern government are of a level of dedication to get this right.
