Bingo! Teaching is giving direction so we can't have that because according to his warped logic it is "white supremacy".

The schools are ruining these kids. They're teaching them how to be losers.

They tell the white kids to engage in self-suppression and feel guilty for succeeding at anything, while telling the rest of the kids to not even bother trying because the system won't allow them to amount to anything.

This teacher is a fool because all human societies have hierarchies, and the penalty could be quite severe for subordinates who did not obey (i.e. follow directions) what their superiors told them to do.

What happened to people who did not follow instructions given to them by the king or chief?

What happened to soldiers or warriors who did not follow what commanding officers said to do?

What about people of lower castes or classes who did not obey?

Children who did not obey parents?

What about workers who don't follow instructions from the boss?

In every society, you've got ranks/castes, and the people on the bottom follow the directions they get from the people higher up, or else they're punished in some way or another.

Get a spanking, lose your job, pay a fine, go to prison, be exiled, or get your head chopped off are among the historical penalties for not following instructions, depending on who gave them to you.
