I don't mind tiny decorative ones... I have a adult daughter who has a cute one around her ankle which looks nice with sandals in the summer. But tons of tattoos on anyone I don't care much for.. I never wanted one.

Yep... Anything more than maybe a small flower chain on ankle or wrist or a small flower of some type on shoulder blade and it begins to detract from their beauty... Something like I describe doesn't really add any beauty but at least is tasteful enough not to detract from it.
