Dealing with Genital Herpes during the apocalypse

I've been taking red marine algae and L-lysine + beta glucans which has pretty suppressed my herpes for now (no more rashes or outbreaks), but if shtf and I can't get access to these supplements? I mean sure I can raid a GNC suppy store but I'd be able to snag year or two's supply at most but after that I am at the mercy of genital outbreaks, the only thing i will be able to practice is fasting and not eating sugar, but that's about it. Perhaps pine needle tea would come in handy but ill have to live in a place with pines. Garlic might help too but id need to grow garlic crop. Hopefully this red marine algae stuff cures it or kills of most of the virus so its no a problem anymore. what do i do?
