One day while I was in hospital I went for one of the recommended walks around the ward and realized I didn't put a mask on. There were several nurses at the station and when I exclaimed "O God, I forgot my mask, I'm going to get you all killed" They all chuckled and someone calmly got me a mask.

The only people freaking out about the virus are the sheep that are permanently plugged into social media and fake news networks, the ones that still believe the government is there to keep them safe.
