When Trump started the anti-China campaign, he gave himself up as a neocon. The US is no longer a superpower and it has an order from Russia to wind down, not to attempt to revive the Evil empire. Russia is standing by and one wrong move can cause millions of American lives. Russia has shown to the US that the US will not be able to hit Russia in a way that would cause too much damage. Thus, the US is powerless and is being forced into the end of the Evil empire. Game over.
