305 ft = 92M
Half = 46M

Hmmm, which is it, 23M or 46M - well since 46M appears twice in the numbers, let's assume it's 46M and that is the worst case scenario for the eastern coast of USA

The US is simulated hit is a 30M run up and and Iberia (SPAIN) 40-60M.

46M exists within the bounds of possibility, if we take the 26M measure than that is closer to the 30M run up of the video for the US.

The dream info appears to be consistent with other Information sources.

Therefore Running a 46M and 26 scenario in flood map.net, gives reasonable depiction of some of what the dream describes. Florida is underwater and Georgia in part, as is most of the eastern coast of the US, and then even in a 23M scenario, Florida is still incredibly badly submerged.

If you want to be cautious, round up the numbers to your liking, say 50M & 35m now that you have a plausible criteria to asses and locate safe zones, you have numbers that are consistent within model and the dream info.
