I am sorry for your loss.
Even Who does not recommend remdesivir for treating corona any more, as there are studies out it has no benefit.
Lawer up because of malpractice, to at least prevent this to be happening to others.
We have the "yellow list" in Germany where all medicines are described and for what and what not to use, for remdesivir it clearly states it is not to be used on vented patients.
