I havent taken my Blood pressure medications this morning and my BP is 126/60 MY cholesterol is dropping like a rock.
I have more energy and my walking ability is returning. Pretty soon ill be jumping over tall buildings and outrunning locomotives.
I havent tried to play the guitar yet but im pretty sure ill be playing like stevie ray vaughan in 6 months.
