I had read that we all are carrying around parasites. Where do you get meds and what kinds will kill them? And please tell more about your diet. You cut out flour and pork and tacos, but there must be more to it than that.
Please elaborate.

I never drink tap water anymore . Watch out buying the morning coffee because they use tap water.
