I only drink juice,tea,coffee, and water. I eat less meat and more vegetables.
Mostly the flour is what kills you . Lots of vitamin C.
pyrantel pamoate kills the small parasites and softens up the nasty ones.
praziquantel Kills the big ones and stop the eggs and new ones from maturing.
I never drink tap water anymore . Watch out buying the morning coffee because they use tap water.
