I am told to not list your denomination in the event they sell out to this ruling.

Much of this is a trap. They create the questions to try to lead you to trap yourself.

You have to take control by asking the questions.

The fact is you have private religious beliefs. You do not wish to disclose them so they can judge them.

You want to put the questions to them, not let them ask you.

Ask questions like, Are you planning to fire me if I do not disclose my private beliefs to you? Will you please put this in writing, or have your legal representative put this into writing?

Please tell me how you plan to judge my beliefs if I do disclose them, I need all criteria both subjective and objective for your decision in writing from you or your legal representative?

Please provide a written copy of the policy instructing you on how to ask the questions you are asking?

If you coercing me to submit in order to keep my private beliefs private, but medical personnel refuse to inject experimental therapies under duress, and no fully approved shot is readily available, can we postpone judgement on my beliefs?

I asked God if I should fill out this form and he said yes. I asked God if I should conceal carry a pistol this morning and he said no. Above you say I can change my mind at any time. This is untrue according to my beliefs. God could change his mind and inform me. But my mind would not have changed because I had only decided to follow God and would still be following God. I can not sign this as true because you included a statement that is not true and are asking me to sign.

God said you can remove that statement and I can sign it, or you can state that it is the company's position I can change my mind and I can sign it.

I believe asking you to reasonably accommodate me on this minor document change is fair. If you can not provide this accommodation please let me know.

So I just submitted my religious exemption form stating this and was told only 1 vax had an aborted baby cell line in it (I think J&J) but the other 2 didn't and I was denied my exemption. So be carful what you say and don't leave any room for argument or for them to disprove you.

That form is a religious discrimination and violates the First Ammendment.

Now there are different things: If you are a federal employee. Then you need to understand that the Religious Freeodm and REstoration Act Appplies to all federal employers and it is robust. They are not your pope, and may not question you, you do not need a letter, or any instutition. You can be athiest and be religious according to the SC. You simply state that this is your belief, and strongly held, and you can bring up that fetal material was used in the testing and creation of these drug products that are not vaccines, that you believe they're mark of the beast, and it is against your belief strongly to never take them at all. And that you believe strongly in informed consent and the nuremburg code which overturned all the eugenics era rulings that Hitler used to create his eugenics program and so they were scrapped and new laws forged.

Robust means you don't explain anything. They can't determine what your faith is, it can be anything, or what you must attend, you don't have to attend anything. That is religious discrimination.

If they don't get it there have been nothing BUT SOLID WINS INCLUDING IN NEW YORK WHERE THE STATE TRIED TO DO AWAY WITH RELIGIOUS MANDATES, but no, constitutionally robust. The judge reinstated robust mandates.



So far, no one has lost in courts with the religious exemptions suits, and the precedent has always been set. The employer would have strict structiny and need to prevail which can't be done. Ex. of wins: Indiana, where even masks and social distancing were allowed exemptions, including I do not consent. WEstern Michigan University, New York as mentioned.

And currently Trader Joe's allowed the religious mandate, well they were being faced with a Robert Barnes lawsuit, so they said, oh you can be approved, BUT, you have to go on an unpaid leave of absence for a year without job guarantee, WHICH IS CONSTRUCTIVE FIRING AND ILLEGAL. So the lawsuit is on.

They stand to lose alot, and their insurance will go up.




Robert Barnes said they're following the bad advice of Corporate Lawyers who meet with the feds and tell them to do illegal things, that don't harm the lawyers, only the businesses get harmed. That the big businesses should actually sue the corporate lawyers for malpractice as THEIR BIGGEST CLIENTS ARE BIG PHARMA. So its a true conflict of interest for them.


As for non federal employees. Religous rights are Title 7 rights and they also are constitutional and nuremburg code of informed consent.




In addition, in the military they are lying and trying to say the vaxx is approved, when its a legally distinct different vaxx than the one not yet out that is approved, and even then robust religious exemptions, which are just about your strongly held beliefs, without having to explain where you attend, what your faith is, that is none of their business and a direct violation of the first ammendment.

Go to jdfarag.org and click the exemption. He has a home church in Hawaii and an online church. There are no church rolls, so if you consider yourself a Christian, you can get an emailed and/or hardcopy signed religious exemption from Pastor Farag's church.

Seriously read my post above. And you would say, none of your business, on where and what and all that. If you are a federal employer you would explain that the laws protecting your religious rights and freedoms are robust, and use that word, that all the court cases including New York state that did away with religious exemptions failed in court, and the Religious Freedom and Restoration Act protects every federal employer.

That you have no intention of allowing personal questions. That what your faith and belief is, is strictly yours to have, and there is no further questions, not limited to faiths you think are faiths, etc. That you have strongly held beliefs that are concerning, for example, informed consent principals that are the laws of the land and overturned the very evil eugenics era of the 20's, in which Hitler announced world wide, he admired those evil rulings and based his entire eugenics mengle program on. Also, if you're not federal employer, that the nuremburg code, which is used in the lawsuits, and Title 7 rights apply, and you have religious freedom and privacy. They may not determine what your religion is or have any conditions upon it that that is religious discrimination, violates the first ammendment of the constitution.

-You can add the argument that your conscience your personal intimate connection with God and no one can change that or take that away. Your conscience tells you what is right.

Dear HR,

My client has recently come to a sincere religious belief protected by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act that prevents him from taking vaccines.

Through a personal relationship and prayer with his Creator he has come to believe that immoral technologies are now used in vaccines. Taking them is a rejection of our Creator and will result in eternal damnation.

This suncere belief addresses the fundamental questions about life and death.

Further, my client feels that he is now facing discrimination because he is being asked to describe and justify his beliefs. The EEOC is clear that type of interrogation itself can be religious discrimination.

Please provide company documentation or policies that show this type of inquiry has been used previously and has been applied legally and equally to all religious practices. What is the legal standard you use to accept or deny religious practices?

All of the vaccines used an aborted fetus cell line in either production or testing. It's not important whether or not the cell line is an ingredient. What's important is that your deeply and sincerely held religious (or moral) beliefs prevent you from associating with anything that involves abortion in any way regardless of when, how, where, why it occurred.

Your employer must assume and accept that you have deeply and sincerely held religious (or moral) beliefs and provide accommodations for it whether or not you supply proof of it.

A simple accommodation for those that can do it is is telecommuting / working remotely. For others, it might be a mask mandate (that sucks), or weekly testing (that sucks even more).

But they must provide accommodation by law and Supreme Court precedence.

My question with these exemptions is using them in a right to work state, where an employer does not need a reason to fire or let someone go.

I can fill out a religous and health exemption, but they can still let me go and do not have to say why. They wouldn't even have to say it is because I refused a vaccine.

So I don't see how either exemption will help anyone in right to work states.

Most states are right to work states. Even outside of that, employment is then governed by contracts. Unless there is an explicit provision in your employment contract that prevents you from religious or health exemption (which is highly unlikely and probably subject to legal sanction in its own right), federal and state laws barring religious and/or disability related discrimination are still in effect.
