Your reply does not address how the dissimilarities happened
I am not pro or con , just curious.
Let me attempt to steel man each side, and speed this shit show up
1 In your reply to your question a theist will answer using the science of mutation.
2 . You reply mutation requires time , the time that isn't not even nearly allowed in the Bible. You also might point out that mutation for benefit , and natural selection is ironically micro evolution. You could also add that starting from such a limited gene pool, it could take even longer.
3. The theist will wave th magic God card, or post a verse.
4 you could then bring up other forms up hominids that existed , and postulate hybrids being viably fertile between hominids
5. The only way I can steel man a response to 5 although I think many Christians wouldhave issue with it ..........The land of Nod was these other hominids , and being genetically viable with humans, provided the gene pool needed.
6. Throw more verses in there for good measure.
