My credit union had a dozen or more locations. When corona hit, they closed almost all. Most of their ATMs too. They have two locations left and the drive ups for those are all video teller machines. They did that all at the same time right at the beginning of covid so it had been planned from way before covid but they said it was covid.

Trying to walk into one of the locations now looks like disneyworld - they remodeled during covid. Long back and forth lines that are busy all of the time now.
