Define trying?


Doing your best for yourself with whatever you've got to enhance yourself and quality of life for yourself with least exploitation of resources or your own self or others or atleast try not of genuinely honestly for however extent you can.


That's how you sleep well without pills, that's how you stay satisfied.

I don't do all of it either but I try. At least I know what to do and doing it even in small quantity rather than proving myself as somebody else I'm not and I don't do it for others to impress others, I do it so that I can live a better life, that's reward in itself.


Everything you do in life is to live a good life, why don't you start from the beginning, first thing first? See where it's gonna the you.
