Windows security logs not preserved:
- County refused to produce logs
- Logs on machines were set for 20MB max size, old entires overwritten
- Oldest date on logs in 2/5/21
- 22 month federal mandate to keep election data
- Clear intentional overwriting of the security logs by the EMSADMIN account:
- 2/11/21 - 462 overwrites
- 3/3/21 - 37686 overwrites
- 4/12/21 - 330 overwrites

Individual repeatedly ran script looking for accounts with blank passwords to run script that overwrote log entries

It's pretty clear the software was installed in 19 to steal this state in the presidential election. All systems have the same password, didn't do the recommended updates, lied about it in fact since they found evidence of other updates after the election, didn't save logs, etc.

- 2558 Scribbles in signature box
- 9589 more Envelopes reported scanned by Maricopa than in the audit.
- Blanks and duplicates stamped, verified, and approved.
- 25% of duplicates came in November 4-9
- Several days where 96% of the received ballots were duplicates

For adjudicated ballots:

- Duplicate ballots comingled with original ballots
- Duplicate ballots with incorrect & missing serial numbers
- Duplicate ballots that reuse serial numbers
- Duplicate ballots that have illegible serial numbers
- More duplicates than original ballots

26,965 Ballots sent for duplication
29,557 Ballots counted
27,869 Duplicated ballots reported

All 3 numbers should match.

- 3432 more ballots cast than the list of people who show as having cast a vote
- 9041 mail-in voters show returning more ballots than they were sent
- 277 Precincts show more people voted than registered for an excess of 1551 votes
- 2472 Early Votes received that don't have corresponding entries in final total. But only 2042 votes show as rejected, for a discrepancy of 430
- 397 Mail in ballots show received that have no record of being sent
- 255,326 early votes in the final total that do not have a corresponding entry in the early voting tally log
- 23,344 voters voted by mail-in ballot that show in legal databases as having moved - ballots cannot be forwarded by USPS but voted anyways.
- 2382 voters who voted in person despite showing having moved out of the county
- 2081 Moved out of state in the 29 days prior to election but voted anyways
- 5047 Individuals who voted in more than one county for up to 5295 votes
- 393 voters with incomplete names who voted
- 198 individuals who registered after Oct 15 cutoff but still voted
- 2861 voters who shared an AFSEQ number in the voting system - indicates data integrity problem
- 282 deceased voters
- 186 people with duplicate voter IDs that both voted
- Failed to perform basic OS patch management - election machines had not been updated since 8/6/2019
- Failed to update antivirus - antivirus not updated since 8/6/2019
- EAC Certification of voting system in valid - 4 exes created after dominon software install, 45 exes modified after dominion software install, 377 dlls created after dominion software install, 1053 dlls modified after dominion software install
- Failed to preserve security logs
- Shared accounts with common passwords
- Failed to establish and monitor baseline installations
- Failed to establish and monitor network baseline
- Maricopa county has refused to cooperate so network and wireless modems in the machines cannot be verified
- Dual boot config discovered on Adjudication 02 endpoint
- Both drives bootable in a different configurations
- Not an approved configuration
- Has access to the voting network
- 2nd drive contained non-maricopa county data - drive did contain dominion databases - data that may have originated from washington state and south carolina
- 865 directories and 85,673 election related files (scanned ballots, .dvd files, slog.txt files) deleted between 10/28/20 and 11/5/20 on EMS server (election tallying machine)
- 9571 directories and 1064746 election related files were deleted between 11/1/20 and 3/16/21
- .dvd files are ELECTION RESULTS
3 scanners with deleted election data
- 304 directories and 59837 files containing election data deleted from scanner 1 on 3/1/21
- 1016 Directories 196463 deleted on scanner 3 on 3/1/21

And what makes you think this is uniformly democrats committing fraud? Cyber Ninjas even explicitly stated that there was “no discernible pattern” in the voting with suspicious ballots as it pertains to presidential candidates.

There’s some weird, unfounded assumption at the base of all this that suggests only democrats have the power to commit voter fraud. Whatever fraud exists is going to go both ways roughly equally. I’ll be interested to see what the AZ Attorney General turns up here (if anything).

They just proved that someone at Maricopa County deleted voting data the day before the audit began.

- Abnormal anonymous login activity to SMB shares (file shares) on the election machine.
- Hundreds of logins
- Cannot verify without router and network data
- Type 3 login - indicates REMOTE access.
