Basically what I'm understanding from this interview is there are things people can do to mitigate some of the damage from these injections.

Work on being healthy, exercise and diet. It's never too late to start!

Good information. Some of what I already have touched on, curcumin, NAC, what raises glutathione. you need pepper, 1 teaspoon finely ground pepper with that curcumin or a bioperine pepper extract supplement. Otherwise the curcumin goes straight through your digestive tract, and if that is where your problem is, great, but to circulate throughout the body and brain, 2000X more, its the pepper extract that does this.

They always push the doctors prescription: hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin. Why? Go for the supplement and gatekeeper free versions: DANDELION LEAF belongs to the people and is a poor man's version of ivermectin. And quinine from Cinchona Bark is what hdyroxychloroquine in based on, but its the natural source and it works, obviously there is a protocol and you don't want to overdose.

That there are so many things that do the same thing, and are both antiviral, anti immune disorder, anti bacteria, anti cancer, open doors in cells safely to get zinc and various virus killers in, its really good because any given person can be allergic to anything.

But there are so many alternatives.

Quercetin. And its not quite a strong as quinines, or hydroxychloroquine, but if you take 2 of them, WITH A C, it becomes comparative.

If they stop selling the supplements, its in apple and pear peels and in berries, dry and eat tons of it, as long as its organic.

FACT: ONCE THE SHOT IS IN, IT IS IN.
You will not be repairing DNA, MRNA, or any other damage. If it took a tech firm and -70 celsius refrigeration to do the damage, you will not be fixing it with a bottle of hopium. You will not be removing the self-replicating spike proteins. There is no cure for mad cow, and no one came up with a cure for the vax.
