I'm guessing for some government groups, whoever handles it still has the binder with the plans buried in papers on their desk.

I know many .gov workers who are still working from home and they admit they do nothing because most can't be done from home, some want to get back to the office but no the pandemic the Pandemic, lots of offices are still closed now for 17 months, 17 months!!

So one thing to keep in mind is that the 2022 budget had a multi trillion dollar tax hike, court martials for the unvaccinated, a couple trillion in outright theft, and the IRS $600 thing.
