Now that majority of people are vaccinated, we can show more understanding to those still unvaccinated

I don't think they should be harassed or taken to camps.

Just let them go.

They are full of fear and don't know what rhey are doing.

Being vaccinated, we can take the risk and let them be. Maybe they'll come around wheb they see that vaccines actually work and aren't harmful.

Going after the poor ignorant souls will only increase their fear. It's counterproductive. Kindness is a better approach.
