This is the vendor I've used but you can find other vendors by searching online. There are several forums dedicated to making your own liquid and there will be plenty of recommendations.

The 100mg/ml nicotine solution is a high concentrate but I find it easiest to calculate provided you have bottles in 10ml increments. Buy a few 1, 5 and 10 ml syringes also a blunted tip like a needle without a point is helpful. Figure if you have a 100ml bottle, every ml of the nicotine solution you add will add 1mg to your solution. Adjust accordingly.

You can use 24% nicotine solution if you are uncomfortable with the high concentration. In the above scenario, would need 4mls to roughly equal a 1mg concentration.

Rule of thumb for flavor is 10-20% so add 10-20ml to your 100ml bottle. Start at 10ml, you can always add more. It's easiest to use 1 flavor but you can mix and match as you gain confidence.

Finish your bottle with PG, VG or both depending on your preference. PG is thinner, less cloud and more flavor. VG is thick with much more cloud but muted flavor.

As previously stated, liquid nicotine can be absorbed through skin so wear protective equipment or wash away any that gets on your skin right away, especially using 100mg/ml. I make it in my kitchen so is easy enough to wash if needed.

Also, do not use flavored oil available for candy making. I read a while back about someone who vaped using flavored oil. Seems the lungs can't exchange gasses through oil and they guy died. Not sure if that really happened but I would hate to think I didn't warn someone!

I put my just made bottles in hot water until they blend easy and that's about all I do. That should be good to get you started, I think. I'll check back to see if I missed anything in the explanation.
