mushrooms helped me a lot

Paul Stamets has a lot of good stuff to say about them and he is on the spectrum as well using all kinds of mushrooms for specific things. maybe look into it?

Also, he was able to overcome the fear of eye contact by looking into his shower head while water was pouring into his eyes, im assuming gently of course.

personally, the first time I ate psychadelic mushrooms (golden teachers 3g dried cooked in chocolate) I thought I had developed super powers by being able to feel and understand how people feel and think the way that they do.


APPARENTLY, this is called empathy and I lived most of my life without it due to childhood trauma/shock. Not sure if autistic or adhd but cptsd for sure that I know of however, I do know there is symptom overlap.

Having glimpsed sanity and how neuro-typicals thinks (i think?) I absolutely HAD to learn everything about the subject of empathy. 15 years of working on myself, better understanding myself, countless books and research into all kinds of therapies related subjects and theories this I know for sure: that one psychadelic helped me more than anything book or therapist ever had. That and working in the service industry, jobs that had me interacting with a lot of people every day.

My son has a bit of ADHD. Yet he is an intelligent young man. I ask him about guns and he can tell me all about the beginnings of an AR-15, what different rail systems can be attached, all the bells and whistles that could be added to the trim out package. Do not lower yourself to feel that you are somewhat less important or smart as other people. God gave you your personality for a reason. embrace it and learn how to take advantage of the quirkiness of it. I’ve heard it’s as basic as heavy metal poisoning. What you want it a hair mineral analysis test. I’ve had two of these tests over a 15 year span with this company:

Downside is they take about an ounce of hair from the nape of the neck, but it’s worth it.

Then you find out if you have any heavy metals or other toxins that you need to chelate from the body. Naturopathic doctors are good for knowing how to chelate the minerals from the body.

I am not typing out a manual here if you bounced but there are ways to turn it into a big positive.

they say that these things are related to gut problems, (often caused by shots/antibiotics). toxins leak thru the gut wall (leaky gut syndrome) the toxins flow in the blood and some can cross the blood brain barrier , causing these seemingly "mental" issues.
so diet is important. slippery elm water helps create a barrier in the gut. you have to order slippery elm powder online and put a pinch of it in your drinking water
honestly the best imo is Low Dose Naltrexone.
I have a serious gut disease and low dose naltexone changed my life. I pay a compounding pharmacy to make pills of 4.5 mg for me.
but naltrexone dissolves in water and you can do it yourself. high dose naltrexone is available over the counter and can be diluted...or so they say.
some people have dietary issues with lactose and gliadin which are milk proteins. (dont drink milk)
harder and older cheese are safe tho, including cheddar
some people have problems with gluten (dont eat wheat) (spelt may be ok)
Do Not eat junk food. do not eat preservatives. do not eat colorings. do not eat food with long chemical name additives. these will destroy you.

True. I know a guy who's a sportscaster and intentionally does not medicate his ADHD. He has turned it to his advantage.

Some people are allergic to eggs though. They can be pretty inflammatory. My body doesn't do well on them.

Important to get heavy metals checked if on the spectrum. Any metals in your body rob you of the the minerals/vits you consume.

Coffee enemas = metal detox and help produce glutathione (one of the most important antioxidants. Or you can get injections.

You can't, all you can do is mask it and that just makes things worse. I have aspergers and what helped me a lot is learning about it, I learned to recognise my behaviors and stopped attributing my quirks and failures to external things and embrace them instead. All that can help you is to accept yourself as you are and to stay true to yourself. If you need more alone time, make time for yourself. If you have a weird fascination with water and it calms you, take a walk every day after work and sit by the lake or river.

All autism is is a difference in the way you process stimuli so you need to find a way for yourself to dose this overbearing life.

Seek out therapists if you need help by the way, autism is very misunderstood and there is a stigma on it, the ignorant think it is a form of retardation it seems, but they fail to see it also comes with great talents and in the case of aspergers also with extreme intelligence. A therapist can help you discover who you are and what you can try to make things better.

Then you are like any other person and you have to manage to do more of the things that work for you and less of the things that don't.

Hang in there!

Try detoxing. Don't just do one protocol, but keep going until you get that shit out of you.

I would play high frequency hz music all day all night just leave it on in the background. Slow down, have rituals. Like put incense or something nice smelling, make your space have a good vibe. On all levels and layers. Don’t be near low vibe people .
