Maybe not in Canada, but in the US we have something called the "Patient's Bill of Rights"! Patients have the right to refuse treatment without reprisal. It's been among the Patient's bill of rights for at least 40 years.
Patient's never had to take the Flu vaccine. This sets a precedent.
No one should be forced to take any medical treatment.
End of story!
